BYZ recently started to link with Anisul Islam Youth group who came down to use our facilities to deliver a Football Tournament on our kick pitch. Of the young people who attended many of them had never seen BYZ and had a awesome time playing football with there friends. The tournament was really good and the group of volunteers from the Youth Group and the referee chose two stars of the tournament who received trophies for there efforts.
This football event gave the young people a chance to socialise with different groups and help build confidence in a competitive atmosphere through sports.
The young people were aware that trophies would be presented at the end and the tournament and gave them the boost to improve their skills and determination to succeed, at the end of the night the young people were able to offer there prayers and be rewarded with their trophies.
