In light of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Public Health, Blackburn Youth Zone will be adapting our offer to continue to support young people.

This means that our normal 7day universal drop in youth, junior and diversity clubs will need to temporarily stop. Our last open access session will be this evening 18th March 2020.

We are committed to providing a service to young people and the wider community. We will do this by:

  1. Providing a digital service for young people which engages, stimulates and educates through the youth zones social media platforms. The family can even join in!

  1. Providing continued support for young people through 1 to 1 meetings, online support and telephone calls.

  1. We are working with local partners to help with efforts to provide support to families, young people and the wider community

The health, safety and wellbeing of young people, staff, volunteers, visitors and those in the wider community is our top priority and we will continue to do what we can to support those around us.

Please feel free to contact our team by email or call 01254 292000 and let us know what we can do to help you, even if it’s just to have a chat.

In the meantime, stay positive, stay together and stay resilient.
