BYZ New Logo 2022 (2)
In January Blackburn Youth Zone are hosting their first Traditional vs. Digital Art Exhibition on Friday 25th January 2019 from 10am – 3pm, the event is to showcase local young people’s art and inspire other young people through masterclasses. The event will highlight how modern digital techniques can be used in connection with a traditional medium such as art. This may include the use of digital software, electronics, robotics, digital music/sound, coding, 3D printing etc.

We would like as many young people as possible to be part of this event. All artwork showcased will be directed towards each young person’s interpretation of community and their aspirations for the future.

We welcome local young people to enter their Digital vs. Traditional artwork to be showcased in the gallery. We ask that the artist write a short description on how the piece relates to community and their future aspirations.

We hope you can be part of this great event.

If you wish to confirm attendance, enter artwork, have any questions or just want to discuss the event please contact Greg Hughes on email at greg.hughes@blackburnyz.org or call 01254292000.
