On 2nd December we had our annual Christmas Family Fun Day, which was bigger and better than ever!
There were over 200 young people, family, friends and members of the community all joining us to take part in the festive fun. On the day we were joined by the scouts organisation, girl guides, the autistic society, Blackburn Hawks and BwD Carers service all providing activities and information on their services.
We also had a festive table top sale, Christmas Karaoke and a showcase of the activities we have on offer as well as a range of enterprises being run by BYZ members. There was even a visit from the big man in red, who joined us to meet with and give gifts, to hundreds of children from the local community. We hope to see many of the families who attended on the day, come down to the Youth Zone and access our facilities on a more regular basis.
