Trevor Dawson have been long-term supporters of Blackburn Youth Zone who for the fourth year running are fundraising to raise vital funds for BYZ.

Teams of four are invited to attend this popular, relaxed event to raise money for BYZ. 

Trevor Dawson has been at the forefront of commercial property across East Lancashire with significant headline instructions including the 50 acre fully let investment site at Junction 7, M65, 50 acres of development land at Altham on behalf of Eric Wright Construction, 70 acres at Shuttleworth Mead Business Park sold for development on behalf of Barnfield Construction and 65 acres of development land sold on behalf of Burnley Borough Council at Network 65, to name a few.
